Fees are based on a percentage of assets under management and are withdrawn from the accounts on a quarterly basis.
This fee structure is the most common and is built for clients who wish for Hong Tran Financial to directly manage the client's investments on a discretionary basis.

**A minimum of $100,000 of assets under management is typically required for this service, although this minimum account size is negotiable in certain circumstances. There is a $1,000 Minimum Annual Fee.
Example Quarterly Fees:
- Account with $50,000 in assets would be billed:
$250 per quarter because of the Minimum Annual Fee of $1,000
- Account with $500,000 in assets would be billed:
$1,250 per quarter (0.25% of 500,000)
- Account with $5,000,000 in assets would be billed:
$8,125 per quarter (0.25% of 1MM + 0.1875% of next 1MM + 0.125% of final 3MM)
Fee is based on the complexity of the client's finances as well as the number of reviews per year. The number of reviews may range from 1 - 4 meetings per year and each meeting may range from 1 - 6 hours. The retainer fee may range from $150 to $5,000 per year.
This fee structure is suitable for clients who want an ongoing relationship where Hong Tran Financial will meet with them on a regular basis to review the client's finances. Hong Tran Financial will advise on a non-discretionary basis and would not have authority to act on a client's behalf for any purpose such as trading in the client's account.
Fee is based on an hourly rate of $200 per hour. An estimation will be provided with the assumed number of hours needed to complete the project.
This fee structure is for project-oriented work such as company retirement plan evaluations or cost basis retrieval for inherited securities.
